New York State Route 336 (NY 336) is a short state highway in the Finger Lakes District of New York, USA. The highway is entirely within the Town of Fayette in Seneca County.
NY 336 links NY 96A, west of the community of MacDougall, to NY 414, south of Fayette village. The highway is near the south town line.

Route 336 begins at an intersection with Route 96A just southwest of MacDougall. The highway heads eastward, on flat terrain along Townline Road. The highway intersects with NY 96 as it heads eastward, passing through Fayette. Route 336 terminates at an intersection with NY 414 (Main Street) in Fayette.[4]
